Quotes
Infinita Corporation will grant pricing information for 60 days from
quote date unless specified otherwise in the quote document.
Orders and Order Confirmation
Infinita Corporation will confirm every incoming order and notify the
customer about availability of the product and the requested ship date. Please contact us to receive the e-mail addresses to send your orders to.
Order Ship
Our shipment standard is FCA (Free on CArrier) Infinita Warehouses.
Stock orders will ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours
depending on order quantity, label and packaging requirements.
Full container orders ship directly from the factory and therefore have a
different scheduling process.
Our standard process is to import and clear the goods, inspect
the merchandise at our warehouse and then ship to our customers.
Standard Payment Terms*
New customer first order :
Unless otherwise agreed, the terms for the first order of new customers is COD (cash on delivery). Following orders then will be on negotiated terms.
Stock orders:
Our standard payment terms are 2% 10 days; 30 days due net.
Full container ship:
30% down with order confirmation, 30% against confirmed voyage, Balance due to receive merchandise.

Transportation
Unless specified otherwise in the order confirmation, Infinita Corporation
quotes FCA Warehouses.
Infinita Corporation will work with the customer and his transportation
partners for optimized freight savings. For drop ship orders Infinita prefers to use the customers' carrier account (FedEx, UPS, Conway, AAA Cooper, Yellow and others) to reduce administrative work and avoid errors due to information duplication (redundancy).
If merchandise arrives in damaged packaging, it is the recipient's responsibility to log the damage or even refuse the shipment. In any case the original box must be kept for claim processing.
Return Merchandise (RMA)
Unless specified otherwise in compliance with the customer, Infinita
accepts return merchandise for 30 days (thirty calendar days) in original
package and without any request of reason for return. Unless faulty or damaged merchandise is stated by the seller, the product must be in new and unused condition, not showing any wear and tear. Basis to calculate the return period is receipt confirmation date at customer's location. If the receipt date is not available then Infinita's ship date plus average transportation time will be used as calculation basis.
Full merchandise credit will be issued within three (3) days upon receipt of the return merchandise
and acceptance at our warehouse. Returns require advanced notification
and approval by Infinita Corporation.
In case of faulty merchandise or wrong item ship, Infinita Corporation bears the transportation costs. For all other returns of merchandise, the dealer bears the transportation costs. The original box is required in any case, if not available, it is at Infinita's discretion to void claims for return.
Late Payments
Infinita reminds past due balances. If no payment is received upon past due notification, late charges of 1.8% from the due net date will be added to the invoice. Past due 60 days will be handed over to our collection agency Davis & Goldmark Inc.
General Warranty*
Infinita Corporation grants a limited two (2) years warranty for its own designed and manufactured products. For distribution products, the manufacturer warranty applies. All warranty coverage is to the orginal consumer for defective items. This warranty covers for defects resulting from construction errors or faulty components used in the build of the product. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, weathering and minor discoloration or minor splintering of the wood. Furthermore damage due to irregular and/or non-conform use of the product is not covered by the warranty.
Infinita will not be liable for shipping charges either to or from its warehouse on merchandise returned after twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. When requested, goods must be returned for inspection or a photograph provided to Infinita or its authorized representative, when requesting parts, replacements, or repairs. Original proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.
Warranty* Cast Aluminum Furniture
Infinita warrants to the original retail buyer that if the furniture frame fails structurally within (2) years from the date of purchase, Infinita will replace the part, repair the frame, or replace the entire item at our option. Replacement will be in original color and style whenever possible; however, equal value replacement will be offered in the event of product discontinuance. Infinita warrants the powder coat finish for two (2) years from the date of purchase, including peeling or blistering. The warranty period for the cushions is one (1) year.
This limited warranty applies to residential use only. Infinita does not warrant against acts of nature, commercial use, normal wear and tear, chipping, fading, exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents, abuse, freeze damage, wind damage, or failure to take reasonable care of the furniture. Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes, fading and wearing of hand-applied finishes is not included in this warranty. Quality
All products shipped are first inspected by Infinita Corporation or its shipping partners. In case of faulty or wrong product shipped, Infinita Corporation assumes responsibility for return transportation and replacement or credit to the customer. Quality returns require proof with picture material sent to Infinita Corporation. The original box is required in any case, if not available, it is at Infinita's discretion to void claims for return.
Dealer Categories
Infinita Corporation distinguishes three different types of dealers:
#1 - Dropship Dealers (DDP)
DDPs request Infinita Corporation to fulfill orders directly to their customers by providing the consumer address. Either the DDP provides a freight account to be used by Infinita Corporation or additional charges for freight services arranged by Infinita are accepted.
#2 - Stock Dealers (DSP)
Stock Dealers place an initial order COD (cash on delivery) and normally order with delivery address to their warehouse(s) or showroom(s). Stock Dealers are granted a preferred price to increase their margins to cover for showroom and warehouse costs.
#3 - Distributors
Distributors organize the dealers in their territory. Distributors are granted the distributor price and they also agree to ship to other Infinita Dealers on behalf of Infinita Corporation at an agreed % markup added to the distributor price (buy back program).
