Infinita Corporation (“Infinita”) sells to a network of re-sellers, A&D and hospitality partners.

Standard Terms & Conditions 1)

Infinita will grant pricing information for 60 days from quote date unless specified otherwise in the quote document.

Orders and Order Confirmation

Infinita will confirm every incoming order and notify the customer about availability of the product and the requested ship date. Orders confirmed yet not delivered within 90days are subject to cancellation and re-create with updated pricing.

Order Shipment
Our shipment standard is FCA (Free on Carrier) at Infinita domestic warehouses. Stock orders will ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours depending on order quantity, label and packaging requirements. Full container orders ship directly from the factory and therefore have a different scheduling process. Our standard process is to import and clear the goods, inspect the merchandise at our warehouse and then ship to our customers.

Credit Evaluation and Standard Payment Terms Wholesale
In order to confirm credit payment terms, we authorize our AR Bank FTRANS to review our clients' business credit. Upon approval, we authorize our credit payment terms to our clients. FTRANS is reviewing credit on a regular basis and notifies us of up- or downgrade evaluation of our clients.
New customer first order:
If no credit has established yet, the terms for the first order of new customers is COD (cash on delivery). Following orders will then be on negotiated terms.
Stock Orders:
Our standard payment terms are 30 days due net for credit certified re-sellers.
Contract orders are payment due at Delivery.
Full Container Order:
30% down with order confirmation, 30% against confirmed voyage, balance due to clear customs and receive merchandise.

Credit Card Payments

We do accept credit cards as method of payment, however will assess a 2% transaction fee for Master/Visa/Discover and a 2.5% transaction fee for American Express Cards.

Late/Non Payments

Infinita reminds past due balances. If no payment is received upon past due notification, late charges of 1.5% from the due net date will be added to the invoice for every month starting past due. Any invoice which is more than ninety (90) days past due may be turned over to a collection agency.

Recoupment of Attorney’s Fees in Connection with Collection of Amounts Due

Customers shall be responsible for the payment of all filing fees and similar charges and all costs incurred by Infinita or its agents in collecting or securing or attempting to collect or secure any payment due to Infinita, including reasonable attorney's fees.


Unless specified otherwise in the order confirmation, Infinita quotes FCA (Free on Carrier) at Infinita domestic warehouses. Infinita will work with the customer and his transportation partners for optimized freight savings. For drop ship orders Infinita prefers to use the customers' carrier account (FedEx, UPS, Conway, AAA Cooper, Yellow and others) to reduce administrative work and avoid errors due to information duplication (redundancy).
If merchandise arrives in damaged packaging, it is the recipient's responsibility to log the damage or even refuse the shipment. In any case the original box must be kept for claim processing.

LTL Drop-ship to Consumers - Claims to Carriers

All items sent by LTL are first inspected at the Infinita warehouse. Infinita marks every bill of lading (BOL) with special instructions as to "Breakable Goods, Handle with Care, DO NOT STACK" and places plenty of Fragile/Handle with Care Stickers to alert carriers of the delicacy of our merchandise. We make sure pallets have no overhang and we use extra corner and edge protectors for safety and protection of our merchandise while handling and in transit.
Infinita alerts on the BOL and with stickers placed on the pallet to open and inspect the box/merchandise before accepting the freight. If the recipient fails to note damages on the carrier's original paperwork with driver's witness signature and damage is claimed afterwards, then Infinita does not assume responsibility for such damage. We will support our merchants to remedy the damage, however Infinita will not take responsibility to replace parts or entire items at Infinita's cost of items and/or freight charges to send.

Return Merchandise (RMA)

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Infinita accepts return merchandise for up to 30 calendar days in its original packaging for any reason whatsoever. Unless the item is being returned pursuant to a valid warranty claim (defect or damage), the merchandise shall be in new and unused condition, not showing any wear and tear. The return period shall be measured as from the receipt confirmation date at customer's location. If the receipt date is not available then Infinita's ship date plus average transportation time will be used as calculation basis.
Full merchandise credit will be issued within 30 days upon receipt of the return merchandise and acceptance at our warehouse. Returns require advanced notification and approval by Infinita. In case of faulty merchandise or wrong item ship, Infinita shall bear the reasonable transportation costs to rectify the matter. For all other returns of merchandise including remorse returns, the dealer bears the transportation costs. The original box and packaging is required in any case, if not available, it is at Infinita's discretion to void claims for return. Infinita will submit proof by image in case of any non-compliance to resolve issues.

General Warranty 2)
Infinita grants a one (1) year limited warranty for its own designed and manufactured products. For distribution products, the manufacturer warranty applies and is represented by Infinita. All warranty coverage is to the original consumer for defective items. This warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing defects or faulty components in the product. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, weathering and minor discoloration or minor splintering for wood products. Furthermore damage due to irregular and/or non-conforming use of the product is not covered by the warranty. Claims require original proof of purchase along with proper resolution images that clearly show the defect of the item.
Infinita will not be liable for shipping charges either to or from its warehouse on merchandise returned after twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. When requested, goods must be returned for inspection or a photograph is to be provided that clearly documents the failure of the entire item or components of the item in its original environment or place. Infinita or its authorized representative, when requesting parts, replacements, or repairs, will then review and authorize or decline claims. Original proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.

Quality & Claims

All products shipped are first inspected by Infinita or its shipping partners. In case of faulty or wrong product shipped, Infinita assumes responsibility for remedy of the situation (return transportation and/or replacement or credit to the customer). Quality claims and return requests require proof with picture material sent to Infinita. The original box is required in any case, if not available, it is at Infinita's discretion to void claims for return.
